چکیده
Interstitial fluid pressure, interstitial velocity and related parameters are of great clinical significance for cancer diagnosis, prognosis treatment. A limited number non-invasive techniques can be used to estimate these mechanopathological in cancers vivo. In this study, we designed tested new ultrasound poroelastography methods capable estimating the magnitude spatial distribution flow inside tumors under external compression. We theoretically proved that estimated using from a tumor creep compression directly underlying flow, respectively, differing only peak values. Furthermore, by knowledge pressure poroelastography, it is possible derive: parameter ?, which quantifies vascular permeability ratio effective tumor. Our were validated finite element simulations variety simulated phantoms. Excellent qualitative agreement was found between obtained models corresponding proposed models. The ? differ theoretical value less than 10%. Experiments on human breast animal model as proof-of-principle feasibility

Non-invasive mapping of interstitial fluid pressure in microscale tissues.
This study describes a non-invasive method for mapping interstitial fluid pressure within hydrogel-based microscale tissues. The method is based on embedding (or forming) a tissue within a silicone (PDMS) microfluidic device, and measuring the extremely slight displacement (<1 μm) of the PDMS optically when the device is pressurized under static and flow conditions. The displacement field under...
متن کاملAnalysis of the Effect of Fluid Velocity on the Instability of Concrete Pipes Reinforced with Nanoparticles Conveying the Fluid Flow
With respect to the great application of pipes conveying fluid in civil engineering, presenting a mathematical model for their stability analysis is essential. For this purpose, a concrete pipe, reinforced by iron oxide (Fe2O3) nanoparticles, conveying fluid is considered. The goal of this study is to investigate the structural stability to show the effects of the inside fluid and the nanopart...
متن کاملpatterns and variations in native and non-native interlanguage pragmatic rating: effects of rater training, intercultural proficiency, and self-assessment
although there are studies on pragmatic assessment, to date, literature has been almost silent about native and non-native english raters’ criteria for the assessment of efl learners’ pragmatic performance. focusing on this topic, this study pursued four purposes. the first one was to find criteria for rating the speech acts of apology and refusal in l2 by native and non-native english teachers...

the aim of the present study was to determine the in?uence of presence or absence of corpus luteum (cl) on hormonal and metabolites composition of follicular ?uid (ff) harvested from different sized follicles and its relationship with blood serum concentrations in sanjabi ewes. ovaries and blood samples were collected from 60 clinically healthy adult ewes (sanjabi breed) 1–3 years of age in dio...
Interstitial fluid pressure.
Fluid movement through the capillary membrane has been measured in the lower legs of dogs by using implanted, perforated capsules as internal plethysmographs. Utilizing this procedure it was possible to compare the effects of changes in interstitial fluid pressure with the effects of changes in venous pressure and arterial pressure on movement of fluid through the capillary membrane. A decrease...
